BISU students joined World Animal Day

World Animal Day, celebrated every year around the world on October 4, is aimed to draw attention of the mankind to the problems of other inhabitants of our planet.

According to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) every hour on Earth disappear three species of animals, 70 species of flora and fauna of the planet disappear daily, and a quarter of all species of flora and fauna will disappear in the nearest time. Over the last quarter of the century a biological diversity of our planet has declined by one third.

The students of the British International School also joined the holiday. During the day in all campuses students dedicated some time during the lesson to this topic. Primary school students spent the day in original dresses having a lot of fun.
