Despite today’s extraordinary challenges, BISU works hard to ensure uninterrupted support and quality education to our students. Offering the highest standard of learning and teaching has always been and remains our priority.
For 25 years, BISU has been providing all the benefits of a British education as well as maintaining British values and ethos through our broad and well-balanced curriculum. And we continue offering the highest standard of learning and teaching while caring about YOUR CHILD’S FUTURE.
AT BISU Virtual School, your child will be provided with a full academic curriculum which complements what they would be taught in the classroom. We offer a winning selection of British and Ukrainian curricula, and your child truly benefits from the best of both worlds.
Question: Will the quality of online studies will be lower/the same as that of in-class learning?
Answer: We have always been and remain committed to providing high quality education to our students. Until the day of the invasion, 24th Feburary, and during lockdowns we were successful in teaching both in-class and online lessons. When your child attends the BISU Virtual School, they will be provided with a full academic curriculum which complements what they would be taught in the classroom.
Question: What are the online learning fees? Does the BISU Virtual School offer any discounts?
Answer: Yes, we look to ease any financial costs by reducing fees for the Summer Term to half the normal amount – by 50%. This decision was taken to help minimise disruption to your child’s education whilst investing in their longer-term future.
Question: Do you offer a 50% fee reduction for the next academic year?
Answer: The 50% reduced fees are valid only until the end of this academic school year 2021-2022. We will inform you about fees for new academic year 2022-2023 later.
Question: Do you offer a 50% discount on tuition fees only to BISU current students? Can new students take advantage of this discount as well?
Answer: The 50% fee reduction applies not only to current students, but also to new ones. However, new students must also pay an admission fee in full, because the discount applies only to tuition fees.
Question: Does this discount suggest lower quality teaching and learning? Does online learning mean that my child will not obtain good education?
Answer: No way this discount means that the education quality will suffer. We continue offering the same broad and balanced curricula in all subjects as we did before. Our timetables remain intact, teachers work on the same day-to-day basis in full accordance with BISU academic programmes.
Question: Do other international school offer similar discounts?
Answer: Currently we offer an unprecedented 50% discount, not to be offered by any other international school. In this manner, we show our loyalty to our students’ families whose situation can be affected by the current circumstances. In this manner, we say ‘Thank you’ for supporting BISU, maintaining our community and sharing common values.
