On Tuesday December 18th parents of the British International School Early Years students saw their children demonstrate their acting skills on stage, where they performed as part of the Festive production.
Performing on stage is a wonderful opportunity, it enables children to grow in confidence and further develop their social and emotional skills. It encourages children to get out of their comfort zone and sign up to perform in the event, together with peers or solo, and teaches them how to deal with stage fright.
“It was lovely to see the hard work of all of our children come together and to be able to share their success with parents and families’, – says the Reception group teacher. – “The Early Years team would personally like to thank the children, who have developed in all areas since the beginning of this academic year and the parents, who have supported them”.
