Primary Students Cross Country Run
On Tuesday, 3 April, primary students from Years 4, 5 and 6 from the British International school at Pechersk participated in the cross country run arranged by the P.E. teacher in the Holosiivsykyi National Nature Park. Younger students had to run 2 km while Years 5 and 6 students challenged themselves on the 3 km distance.
Taking part in similar activities provides students with an opportunity to challenge themselves, to set targets, to support each other and to know the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. They develop sportsmanship and learn how to accept failure and show determination.
