Primary Students in Dnipro Celebrated Their City

On Friday, 16 March, Year 1, 3 and 5 students from the British International School in Dnipro presented the results of their learning as part of the special project dedicate to the past, present and future of their home city.

The project was done as part of the Ukrainian curriculum with teachers using the international IB PYP methods and approaches like work in small groups, team project work etc.

While working on the project students researched information about the past and present of Dnipro, went on excursions, visited museums, created drawings, learned traditional regional songs and dances. And on Friday they presented the results of their learning to all the Primary students, parents and teachers.
