Summer Fair 2018
On Friday, 15th June, students, teachers and parents from British International School Ukraine at Pechersk and Nivki school got together for the Summer Fair.
It is a traditional English occasion whereby the whole community comes together to celebrate the beginning of summer and raises money for a worthwhile cause. During the event a total of 91 387 UAH was raised which will be used to support Pediatricians Against Cancer and other organizations.
During the fair there were fun games and competitions for students of all ages, fun-filled activities, food and drink, karaoke and the much anticipated ‘Soak the Teacher’. At the Primary reception of the Pechersk school on this day another book fair was held, where books in English could be purchased.
