This week Year 2 students visited “Experimentanium”. It is the museum of popular science and technology .
This is not a traditional museum with exhibits, but a real interactive one. Visitors can observe exciting scientific experiments and also take part in it. Mechanics, optics, electricity, acoustics represent just few of many subjects. Students can explore all of them using the museum showpieces.
This time students learned how five human senses work. Small researchers discovered the sound volume and walked through the mirror maze. “Tesla show” electricity experiments also were very fun.
For children, this is a great opportunity not only to learn how the laws of physics work in practice, but also to experiment on their own.
